Your California Privacy Rights
- Right to Know. You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold about you over the past 12 months.
- Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Correct. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing. You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"
Tells does not sell personal information in the traditional sense, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a "Do Not Sell or Share" request, please email privacy@tells.co.
